Applebee's

We come to this Applebee’s often and have never had an issue. However yesterday was the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant in YEARS. It took easily 10 minutes to be greeted and then another 5 minutes to get our drinks. Once we got our drinks our waitress told us she’d be back to take our order which took 10-15 for her to come back. When we put out order in it took 30 minutes for our app to come out and I got my food 1 minute later. I asked the waitress where my son and fiancés food was and was told it’d be out soon. It took another 10-15 to get our food. Once I asked for a manager she said the food was rang In on two separate tickets and our food would be out shortly. No offer to comp our food as we’d waited forever or apology. Nothing. Side note, we were the third table in a row to complain. Horrendous service and we will not be back!

The orange chicken bowl was great and the server was prompt and attentive.

It was very busy due to some sporting events in town and they bent over backwards to get us our food fast. Everything was great.

Why would I say five stars? Well, for one, I'm related to the management. That said (and nonetheless), the food is notoriously delicious: the menu is ever-growing and changing, getting better with each new entree served. It's an honor to be an active part of such a cultural hub as, "The 'Bees".

It wasn't a horrible experience but it wasn't great. Waitress wasn't rude but definately not super attentive. When I asked about side options she didn't know and didn't offer to find out information about how they were prepared. When my meal finally arrived I was told the oil I asked for with my brocolli wasn't available. I couldn't eat the brocolli and my husband said it wasn't even fully cooked. We eat at an applebees at least least twice a month. The menu always shows paradise punch and the last 4 times we have gone none of the applebees have had it. I'm definately thinking we need to look for a new restaurant. Disappointed.

Big fan of the half off apps! Think food is decent, nothing special. Overall, think it is over priced, but half off apps is good! Place is pretty good. Not bad for a night out.

Food was good, the usual Applebee's. We went there kn the evening and the host was a young brunette named Taylor. She had a horrific attitude, did not have any enthusiasm. Seriously just quit already, your foot is already one out the door attitude wise. Our waitress though was phenomenal and super positive. She got the 2 stars, without her, you'd have 0.

The waitress was great! My hot chicken sandwich tasted like Wendy's. Rubbery. The bar (were people drink at) was cluttered and had dirty dishes all over it. No customers at about 4 or 5. That's pretty bad. They need to eEncourage a sports crowd.

My wife and I went to eat on a spur of the moment at she choice to eat there. Place seemed busy but what do you expect at the dinner hours. Server was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable of the menu. Unfortunately the food could have been a bit better for the price and the portion sizes didn't seem to be balanced. But over all it was pleasant.

The Applebee’s website was down, so I called to ask what was currently on the 2 for $20 menu. I was quite rudely told that they were busy and “there was no way they would sit and read out a whole menu to me”. I wasn’t given the chance to explain. Was very rude.

Applebee’s claims to have a 2 for $20 menu and they do not... it is 2 for $22 and they are offering 11 entrees. Only 3 of the entrees however are included in this “promotion.” The other 8 entrees have additional charges of $1.50 to $3.50 each... the result? Our family paid $27, $27, and $29 for three of these “2 for $20 deals.” Plus my 8 oz. steak was tiny and tough. What should have been a $60 bill was $90 instead! Sounds like false advertising to me!!! We won’t order again!

Service was great. Our waitress MJ was awesome. It took an hour for our food to come out.

This Applebee's has terrible service and gets our orders wrong a lot. I've been there 3 times in the last month. It takes forever to get our drinks, at least one item is forgotten in the kitchen or not brought at all, and they bring the check long after we're done eating. The table we were at last time didn't have the little tablet thing so the server took our reciptes and cards to the register and mixed our orders up then took another 15 minutes to fix the mix up. I don't want to sit for another 45 minutes after I've finished eating. He was apologetic, but I just wanted to leave!
