Applebee's

All the waiters stood in a corner, it took more than needed to get our food, well over an hour, we had to wait 30 extra minutes for 3 desserts, only one waitress was working most of the time and the others stood around on their phones. All of the tablets on the table were locked so we couldn't use those to pay, or order the dessert so it'd be ready when we were done so we didn't have to wait ,the waitress didn't try to strike up conversation or even tell us her name. One person had to wait 15 minutes for her drink. She was very forgetful and didn't bring boxes until after we paid, almost forgot some of us, and she shorted us change.she gave us the wrong receipts when we went to pay, we had separate checks and our dishes was still in front of us. Overall this was a pretty terrible experience

I came in for lunch with friends talking about business and the waiter rush us to order our drinks and food, once we receive the drinks I asked my Strawberry Margarita glass to have salt or sugar. The bartender, manager and waiter loudly discuss how my drink should be made they laugh about it and the bartender finally got rude and brought me an empty glass and stated I could pour my drink over in another glass. I'm sorry is that my job what kinda service is this? I told her never mind and then we order the food everything came out wrong the only thing that was hot and correct was the dip. The manager then came over the same manager that laugh earlier about my drink and tried to make an excuse instead of apology and fixing the error. I can't believe I wasted my time and money with this place. I wish you could give a negative star.

Love the triple chocolate meltdown at Applebee's. The service at this location is really fast and staff is friendly.

Most excellent waitress we had very attention orientated .. I DON'T usually tip but she deserved t that day

Nice place to hangout for a game. This sports bar got a new look and worth visiting.

Food still delicious and price always right.

Terrible service. First of all the table my friend and I were seated at was dirty. Waited way too long for our drinks, which had to be reordered. When we mentioned the drinks our server ROLLS HER EYES. We waited another 20 minutes or so for our food. The food was ok but the rude service wrecked the entire experience. Avoid this place late nights if at all possible.

Went after 9pm; the appetizers and dollar long islands were great, but the service was ok. The waiters/waitress were throwing things on the table, seemed to be in such a rush they placed plates on top of my phone. This is during a slow night mind you.

Food was overcooked. Service was rude. Manager comp. Nevertheless, Concord Applebees sux!

Horrible service. Walked in and sat at the bar. Barely anyone at the place but no one was behind the bar. Eventually noticed some of the staff sitting at another table talking, thought they were customers at first. Waited 15 minutes to get a menu, then another 10 before I left because no one would take my order. Definitely will never come here again.

I've been to several Apple Bee's Locations and the service is near the same, I've been to this location as well and everyone I've came in contact with are hardworking and prompt one server really stuck out to me her name is Taz she has a warm welcome and she showed excellent customer service. Reading some of you all comments they're honestly ignorant and distasteful. You find any and everything to complain about honestly being that they're understaff they do a great job. You eat your food go home and write ridiculous reviews if that's the case go home and make your own meals then you won't have that problem. Stop coming into people's restaurants with terrible attitudes and expect excellent services. Grow up people!

I don't eat at many commercialize restaurants such as Applebee's' but my experience was horrible. The quality of food sucks and I will not return.

Great place for Veterans to go. They honor Veterans with great respect.

Someone is definitely not telling the truth about this restaurant or they have extremely low standards! This is the absolute worst Applebee's I've ever been to! The restaurant was extremely dirty, the rugs smell awful, the service was slow and I had to send my food back because it tasted old! Asked for the manager who was extremely apologetic and explained they were extremely short staffed. I felt bad for him and almost wanted to help him. They have a lot of work to do at this location! They are making a bad representation on the restaurant's name.

Fast service and very nice waitress. I just don't like how dark it is. This Applebees could use some pops of color to brighten up the place.
