I have been going to Applebee’s for three years in St Augustine on 312. Today I went to order food. First l went to doors I called no one answered .so called the company and they had to call them. And then I got to order.the person that brought it out was not friendly acted like it was a problem. I was only trying to help them in this time. I will have to really think before I go back I have enjoyed going there

They are normally good . just over charged cause the manger and waitress were both taking orders . so a little annoying. Amazing dishes. Friendly staff . Practiced social distancing .

To me it's a happy place + cozy! The prices are reasonable also. The food is finger licking good!

Horrible place if you have food allergies. No gluten free bread and no dedicated fryer. Poor selection of side items. They won’t even reduce the price for a plain burger with no bun or sides. Thankfully the waitress was nice.

Not crowded for lunch today. I had the grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli. Very good, bit I couldn't finish it all, so brought it home. Nice to find a low-cal and delicious option. Our waitress was good - not over-attentive, but she cruised by often enough. I hadn't been here for a while, but am reminded I like Applebee's and will return.

The waitress was fantastic. The food quality left much to be desired. The ribs were overcooked and dry. The steak was tough. The steamed broccoli was hard and barely warm. Re-ordered the broccoli and it never came.
