Applebee's

I came to this specific Applebee's a few times. One for dining and another for pick up... Both experiences were good!!! Sometimes, I would consider coming out to this one for a change of pace and scenery but usually I succumb to what is close and convenient. Overall, there is good service and a clean area for you to dine so it's great. Add the good staff and you'll always win and be pleased!!

Order was wrong. I asked for well done and my steak was pink in the inside. Plus it was shift chance and waitress act like she didn't want to be there👎

Worst experience ever, our food was cold an overcooked after waiting almost an hour for our food. Then they closed an kicked us out! Our food was comped but still I couldnt believe the terrible service.

Celebrating my daughter's birthday. Food was great and portions over the top. The server did a great job. My daughter enjoyed it so much, she even had a snack to take home, to extend the joy.

Beware of this location ate there today paid with my credit card added a tip to the balance checked my card very soon after and the waiter had changed his tip and charged my card 12$ more it was a good thing I checked my card soon after because I'm usually not a reciept keeper and I would have never noticed.

This Applebee's is on Walden Ave in Buffalo. The place is under staffed and disfunctional. Our waiter was decent but the kitchen sent out cold food after a very long wait. The bar tender was super slow and was elsewhere more than behind the bar- so much that the servers were making the drinks for there table's. The manager that evening looked like he hadn't shower in a couple days. This was the first time an Applebee's has been a disappointment.

My husband and I went to Applebee’s on Walden Ave today because we were given a gift card. The service was great but the food was surprisingly horrible. I ordered their “falling off the bone” ribs, they were tough and had a burnt taste to them. My husband had their chicken Alfredo and it was dry and the chicken had a burnt taste to it as well. Terrible experience.

Ordered a a small steak, medium. It came back prepared properly, but a little tough. Onion rings were not very good. Cole slaw was the highlight of the dinner. Service was attentive but not organized requiring multiple trips for silverware and drinks. Price was around $21-$22 with tax and tip.

We were sad because it feels like this place is sliding downhill. We came for dinner and were seated and small plates were placed on the table for us. When we moved the plates to put them in front of each of the 3 of us, there were sizable chunks of food on the top of the bottom two plates that looked like they ran through a quick dishwashing. Maybe sterilized lettuce? The silverware was also dirty. We left without ordering.

Under staffed, wouldn't let us sit and wait at bar if we wanted to be put at a both/table, then ran out of bahama mama drink mix, food came out cold. Only good part was jazz the waitress made us laugh and very kind...

This place isn't how it used to be. There used to be great customer service and a professional environment. I only came in to get cat side to go. My order wasn't ready, I had to wait outside on my car for 45 minutes for the order to be ready. I won't be back to dine in or for carside.

Always a good place to grab a meal and drink. Food quality is consistently good and drink specials are great. Staff is awesome and convenient location.

The service isn't bad,it's the food. Things come out cold often and poorly cooked. Why i never order soup because it comes out half cold. The drinks are fun though.

the service is nice, very quiet and clean. Nice but needs a buffet. Prices could be a little cheaper and I would still eat there.

It took 15 minutes after being seated to be asked for our drink orders. After that it took another 25 for our meal orders. When we placed our meal orders a member of our party asked for a beer with his meal. He never got his meal. He in fact wasn't ever told that his meal would be late because they messed it up. We waited for 20 minutes after we had our food and he still didn't have it. So he asked to pay for his drink and leave. This was the second bad experience in a row that we as a group had. We will not be returning to this branch of Applebee's.
