Applebee's

The server totally messed up our order twice... our ticket was discounted 20%which was nice.

Staff was nice and friendly and very quick with the food on a fairly busy night. Totally improved my perception of Applebee's

Food was very good and our server was very nice!

I work as a grubhub driver and they were having some technically difficulties so I had to wait quite awhile since they had to start the order after I arrived, the staff however were lovely , especially a woman I believe her name was cami actually brought the food out to car were I was waiting until the time they said it would be ready. Little things like that really make a difference in an experience .

Friendly staff, great food, and dollar drinks are nice!

It's a great place for lunch or dinner. They have good food, the service was good, and prices are reasonable.

Horrible. The hostess didn't greet us when we walked in she acted like she was scared to talk and kept playing with her hair. All she said was how many. She had no communication with anyone people were getting upset and walking out. Took a while to get seated at a nasty table. Then i got half filled daiquiris. Had to keep asking for my stuff and never got everything i asked. I never ate my food and asked for a to go box and they didn't want to give me a box big enough because i didn't order take out... It was just a mess. My child got more fries on the kids mess than the regular meals. Never again will i waste 100 dollars

Great selection, the only reason not I didn't give stars is sometimes they h are slow and the food isn't hot.

Since everything is mandated to be to go, you would think applebees would be allowing the entire menu to be ordered. Nope, only select items and appetizers. So they have appetizers, but then they tell you that you cant order the make your own appetizer option even if they have those items. I wanted boneless wings and spinach dip. Instead of it being $12.49 i was told i had to pay $20 if i wanted that choice.Applebees is clearly proudly ripping people off!! Ive been a long time customer and this is not acceptable in the least! If you are offering it then you need to honor the proper pricing!! I need to add that im from out of the area and having to work here so i *have* to order from a restaurant to eat from. They're literally down the street from my hotel!

This is the worst place to eat when your hungry. We order two meals and got one meal. Waited for 30 minutes for the 2nd meal. Then he said oh you only order one meal. Really?? So I have to reorder my meal and watch my boyfriend eat his meal while I wait. (Yes I had to eat off his plate) I order the endless riblets got one piece and a bite. Really!! Am so hungry just doing this review. Would not recommend this place unless it was free and came in full. BuT, our alcohol drinks was on point.

Service was nothing special, never got a soda refill, had to wait for straws and even a special straw for an alcoholic beverage, and the food was terrible! Steak was undercooked and had no flavor, the alfredo pasta with broccoli was dry and tasted like it was out of a jar. The onion rings were not rings at all and were more like crunchy fried onions out of a can. The waitstaff all looked sloppy and frumpy. The Halloween decorations kept ending up in our food and we even managed to bring some home with us. (Webbing, not a good idea to have around food, just fyi...)

Good enough for the price. Edit - I won't be coming back! Good luck getting money from me anytime soon with the quality of food that was served!

Stopped in for dinner and drinks. Our service was great, our server was friendly and helpful! Food was good. We did have some friends join us later and they weren't treated great by another server who made sure to let us know that our server had to take care of them. My only complaint was that they could have kept the place a little cooler. We did end up leaving because we were all too warm (actually sweating) and uncomfortable.

If I could give a FAT ZERO, I would. The service is horrible. We decided to come here because the other restaurants in the area had long lines as well as limited remaining parking spots. Applebees parking lot was mediocre and I could see why many customers chose to go elsewhere. Upon entering the restaurant, we were seated within 5-10 minutes. From this point, it took 30 minutes for a Server to come to our table to take drink orders, we immediately placed an appetizer and food order at the same time. 30 minutes later they brought us our food before the appetizer. Now we are nearing over one hour for the appetizer. After the appetizer was delivered, we were not checked on for 30-45 minutes as I’m sitting at the table writing this review. We’ve asked someone else to help but we’re frowned upon like we were bothering him. He (hostess) said “I’m not a Server.” Horrible....
