Applebee's

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the cooking is delicious and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we have a splendid evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Food was mostly good. The coleslaw needed more dressing. I had the artichoke/spinich dip, fish and chips and ice tea. Service was fair. Food took to long to be delivered. The manager made an obligatory visit and it felt just like that. It was more a drive by than an interest in us as patrons and how our meal was.

They took care of us when no other places did. This people are amazing.

I stay across the street at Comfort Inn. Order online and pick it up. So I can’t really say how the service is. I know the bartender is helpful and swift even though she is busy. Food is good quality for a national chain.

Inconsistent. We do come back though. 3 stars is fair. The in-laws love coming here. The staff is nice. But sometimes the food is inconsistent and not the best. The staff wants to please us so they do try to fix any issues we have.Some days I'd give it a 2... Some days a 4.My kids love it here. They can always get what they want. Burger sliders, chicken strips, applesauce... the basic kid menu. We had dessert here today. It was pretty darn good - warm chocolate cake covered in hot fudge with a scoop of ice cream.

We just visited the Red Bluff location on our way from The Bay Area on the way to Seattle. We received some amazing customer service from Charlie M. We were having trouble finding food and a rest room for my mother, so Applebee’s was one of our choices along the way. Charlie was super friendly on the phone, accommodated our rest stop needs and even gave us extra silverware. He went way above and beyond when he could’ve just given mediocre service. Charlie deserves recognition for his great customer service and assistance for me and my family. If Charlie has aspirations to be promoted, please consider giving Charlie that promotion!

Just experienced our first curbside pickup order and everything was perfect. Fresh food well prepared and awesome customer service from friendly people. Thank you for our delicious dinner tonight Applebee's!

Was just a bit late for happy hr - hence lots of people, but was seated right away.Ordered off 2 for $20 menu. 2 house salads came in a very big portions! Fiesta Lime Chicken & Riblets Basket was delicious. Brandy C. was very polite and helpful with selection.

Had a lunch date at Applebees in Red Bluff, which I have never been to this location before.Our order was correct. It was so abundantly tasty and delicious! Wait staff was very pleasant and friendly. Server was funny and helpful and brought us to go cups of our drinks instead of refilling glasses when asked.Price was expected and service was great. Nothing else I could ask for for a wonderful lunchtime.

First time in Applebee's even tho I live within walking distance. Saw the prices and was a little apprehensive for someone on S.S. But my son was treating so why not! LOL Lots of good things to choose from. Service was a little slow, not the waiters fault tho. And they were, of all things, out of milk! BUT the coffee was best I've had in Red Bluff! And the food was out of this world delicious!! Servings were huge and I found it hard to stop eating even tho I was stuffed! Thank goodness for to go containers! I have no doubt that even if the prices were higher, the food would be worth it! Looking forward to treating my son in the Redding Applebee's soon! This on in Red Bluff has a fan for life!
