It good except waitress took coupon didn't take off .

Friendly service, good food, waitress was very attentive and great!

We enjoyed our visit. It was five of us. We've been here a few times.

Much improved and will return! I previously visited this Applebee's nearly a year ago, and did not return due to a bad experience. Seeing new positive reviews, I went back tonight and had a great dinner. Service was timely and attentive, and the food was correct and delicious. I will definitely return to this location.

I wish there was a no star option. Service was incredibly slow. We waited 25 minutes for drinks- 3 sodas, a beer, and one mixed drink. Should of known then it was not getting better. Appetizer came out cold as well as food. Manager came and said she would send out more frys because the ones that came with the meal were cold. No apologies were made or explanation. I am not a complainer and I have worked as a server so I understand sometimes things happen but it wasn't just one thing. It was seriously the worst experience I have ever had.

Waitress could not do her job. I had to get up to refill my own drink,took forever to get food,the cook put seasoning on fries so had to wait to get it fixed and about had food eat before the manager brought out fries. When it was time to pay had to hunt down the waitress then she didn't have change so it was not a good experience. Would recommend eating somewhere else than at this Applebees. Waitresses name Natalie.

Food was good service was slow

It should not take over 2 hours from the time I walk in to the time I'm attempting to pay to get our server to do her job. Food took way to long and had clearly sat in the window for longer than it should and was cold once it got to the table. Our server even make a comment to the table next to us who was also complaining about how long it was taking that shes worked there for a year and was having an off day, seems to me she has an "off" day ever time she comes to work. Over all poor service and disgusting food.

Good food. You sometimes have to wait a long time to get seated and waited on. Same for getting your food.

Great waitress,food not so much. Chicken came out hot , the rest of the meal,COLD !!Manager never came by !!ncame by s !!

1 hr wait for food got there when they opened felt sorry fo server. But was horrible experience. Our last visit.
