My daughter ordered for mother's day for her mom and it was suppose to be ready at 5. She is waiting at 5:30 no one has come out and told her anything. It is quarntine time so you arent suppose to go in. When you try to call them they do not answer their phone . This is very disappointing she waited till 6 and still nothing . This is totally unacceptable you can at least walk out to your pick up area and let people no something. We seem to have issues with this location lately very disappointing. My daughter decided to leave good thing she was paying when she got the food they can throw it in the trash.

My out of town family met us at the Applebees on East Washington on Tuesday after a high school basketball game, which means it was about 10pm. Our food was very good, and our server (Jasmine, I think) was excellent. She was prompt, courteous, everything you want in a server.

I sent my dish back because I received label cooked with the broccoli. Could not finish the meal.. the meal was replaced however the ribs were burnt covered in BB Q sauce. Received the bill showing a discount, but a discount wasn't received
