Applebee's

The greeter (Ashanti) was horrible. She told us to sit at a table in the bar area that had not been bussed. When we told her that it was dirty, she said sit there (Pointing at another table) or I cant help you. We did and she came back with menus 5 min later and dropped them on the table without saying a word. The rest of the night was fine (good service. Typical Applebees food) but that first impression almost made us (a table of 5) leave.

Good food, kinda greasy but it's a step above McDonald's. Service is usually good but depending on the night you never know.

Some of the food is good some not. It can get pretty loud in here when its busy. Its also open past 9pm which is nice. Its has the chain look and feel. Honestly this place loses a star for having those damn table tablets. I wish they had never been invented.

The kitchen was VERY slow. It took almost an hour to be served and it was NOT busy. There were only a handful of tables. When we asked to speak to the manager, they never came to our table. The waitress also mentioned the kitchen workers thought the wait was funny. I would not recommend this location.

I really do like this place, the food is excellent and it's never silly busy. Never no wait and fast service. I recommend this restaurant.

The food, ambiance (pleasant mix of music), & service at this Applebee's in Ann Arbor was at the top of my expectations for Applebee's. The waitstaff was friendly, helpful , & expedient; serving appetizingly plated food that was at freshly prepared temperatures. Beverage refills were well timed. Plus, the restaurant had a "clean" feel (even in the restroom).

Sign wasn’t lit up. Parking lot dark. Phoned in my order. Arrived and waited for 20 minutes. Soup was warm with no spoon to eat it but the oriental grilled chicken salad wrap was good.

Had lunch with my best friend today and had the 2 for $20 combo. Excellent meal plus I cashed in my free Birthday desert. Again, best desert I have had in a long time. I love Applebee's.

Sorry to say not very good my Husband chicken Alfredo was very dry and broccoli was very hard only about five couples there had a long wait for our food was not worth the 49:00 dollars. We use to eat here a lot what happen.?

OK, what can you say but, "It's Applebee's"? Not a place to go for subtlety, certainly not as a vegetarian (they don't even have a plant-based burger offering) or vegan. The food is just what a three-star review indicates: pretty average both in flavor and presentation. On the plus side, the prices are moderate and the wait staff decently competent. In the end, though, if it weren't for the fact that some of our friends really like the place, I would probably never darken its door ...

had all u can eat shrimp and fries very good

I like the modern look of the place. The menu has something for everyone. Unfortunately, the food isn't always as good as it looks on the menu. My favorite was the southwestern entre salad, which they no longer offer. The service is usually quite good and I always enjoy going there.

A good Applebee's with the normal selections. Staff was friendly and service was fine.
