Mess up order and super slow to take my order. to get drinks? Forget it, wont get it in time to drink it unless ur sitting in the bar. The food was well done this time though, chicken was well cooked and sizzlin'.

Always the best food satisfying for all groups; families / work place/ Church/ Sports/ get together and have FUN! Menu offers selections for variety of appetites, diets, specific preferences. Friendly Staff, Great Bar, TVs, party friendly! ENJOY!

Fun and lively ambiance, drinks are great; but my oh my, food is exceedingly salty! I can only recommend the chicken Asian tacos. The prices at the East River Plaza location are the best from other locations in NYC as well as Happy Hours.

I love Applebee's. They have such great tasting food for great prices.

The were three other customers in the place and waited 20 mins for a table. Ended up walking out, not enough staff to attend to the customers.

Excellent spot to eat some food when in a rush. The customer service is fast, pricing is reasonable, excellent character. Will come back again

Can’t say anything bad about this Applebee’s . Food is good . Staff is nice and attentive . I only buy food here so I can’t comment on the drinks . I always ask for plastic utensils just about everywhere I go because I tend to see spots on the forks I guess from the dishwasher they use . TVs everywhere and comfortable atmosphere .

GREAT SERVICE !! Just moving to the area from Ohio and I hated going to Applebee’s because they are always terrible in this city ( New Jersey is better) but that changed with My server Jody and she was amazing!! Very attentive , funny and had a great smile. She went the extra mile of soaking our utensils in hot water and made sure we were hydrated and comfortable coming into the restaurant with this heat in New York. She knew the best things on the menu and really helped me find something good to eat. The food was good , my steak was cooked to perfection!! My girlfriend loved her salad as well. The restaurant was clean and her service was great. I will most definitely come back and I recommend server Jody!! She’s the BEST.

Food is terrible. Service was terrible as wellThere was no utensils on the table what is this the ICE age and the see you tomorrow sign is very misleading. because i will never come back.
