Applebee's

Friendly service, clean environment, it gets a little slow when it's busy but that's understandable. However the cook(s) really do need to learn to cook a steak. It never fails every time my family and I come here it seems the cook is unable to cook a steak to our specifications (medium) they are always well done.

Raw chicken served, when confronted the manager she was not really concerned and wanted to get me more...was that a ploy or threat to ensure and serve me raw chicken again?I think manager was last name Cox?Jaz was our waitress, the waitress needs 5 stars, she not only was professional she also was competent and understood the grave error of serving raw chicken in my crispy chicken salad. Another waitress stopped by to check as well. I replaced my order with plain pasta and white sauce, I couldn't eat it because I am scared of cross contamination in their kitchen.Health dept please see this. I do not live here, but chose to eat here. Will not ever again, my life and health matter to me! As does my concern for others eating here.Manager was rude and not nice to her waitress staff. Please someone come clean the cross contamination and maybe keep manager in kitchen instead of sitting at bar!!

The carpet is nasty, you can smell it very sour. We went to pay and the tablets that are on the table are so nasty don’t know when the last time they were cleaned. Our waitress couldn’t remember what we ask for. It will be awhile before we go back if ever.

Took alittle bit to be seated but it was midnight! The ribs were delicious and they have very good sweet tea!

Food was good. Service was good. Housekeeping needs help. Look at the glass between the sections at all the fingerprints. There were at least 5 waitress standing around doing nothing. Looks like they would take ownership and help clean.

It was one of the worst dinners I have ever ate! First it took one hour and 20 minutes to get our food then the steak was dry and they messed up my order! When I told them that I ordered a loaded baked potato the got me another one and put 3 pieces of burned bacon and a glob of sour cream on top of it! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to eat there!

Teresa was a fantastic waitress. She was polite check on us to make sure we was ok the service and the manager was amazing.

Nice family friendly restaurant with decent prices

First time in a long long time that we ordered take out from a place and got home with everything . GREAT job. Applebee's Dyersburg. Good food good carry out experience.

It's so damp and dark there. Food is ok, service is usually good. It's inside the mall which seems to be stuck in the 80s. And is pretty much just an inside walking track
