Worst dine-in experience I've had in 15 years! I used to love going to Applebee's and they had to re cook me and my fiance's food and then the second time around they still got it wrong and then wanted me to pay for a steak that I didn't even eat eventually I had to leave because I had an emergency and they still took about 30 minutes just to clear everything up it was the worst experience ever everybody was slacking we didn't get our food till about 45 minutes later and when we got it this happened thankfully I didn't get charged for something I didn't eat!

Food was great, atmosphere was chill, no crazy nonsense you might get at other restaurants in Fayetteville. Highly recommend. I've bought the baby back ribs, burgers, chicken strips, oriental salad - never disappointed !

• Had the all you can eat shrimp,rins and chicken tenders for $15. The tenders are a child sz. My waiters name was Eric and he was AWESOME!!!! I actually left a tip for him.

My French fries were cold not once was my drink refilled. Server was too interested in ending their shift.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH WAIT TIMES. Ordered my food via call in at 5:49. I was told our food would be ready for pickup at 6:09. Arrived at 6:10 and waited til 6:15 at curb pickup before I went inside. I was then told our food was being boxed up. At 6:22 another person walked up and asked if I had been helped. They went back. At 6:30 i asked to see a manager and was told they had been working on my burger. The 3 cheese chicken pasta, corn dog and fries, and steak was all done. At 6:42 (33 MINUTES PAST WHEN IT WAS SAID WOULD BE DONE) my food was finally brought to me. This is unacceptable. A burger cooks really fast. Theres no reason I should wait that long unless they messed up cooking it multiple times. I urge you, go to a different Applebee's or somewhere else altogether.

The person upfront seating was very rude to me and my guests. He made a scene for all other customers to see. We were waiting to be seated and talking amongst ourselves and he came over talking about our friend was talking about him. We just left because if we are getting rude service before even being seated it was not good.

BBQ Tacos were Delicious and the Burger was Heavenly. Great Manager and Awesome Hostess!

The waitress was horrible!! She stood at another table most of the time talking even sitting at their table at one point. We didn't have eating utensils on our table and she took her sweet time about getting us some. We got our appetizers and had to wait for utensils. We were never offered refills. She never checked to make sure our food was good nor remove any empty dishes from the table. We complained to the manager and he did apologize and discount our bill. On top of everything she had the audacity to come clean the table as soon as we got up to leave (looking for a tip of course, which she never got)!!!

I frequently go to this applebees. Today was the worst service ever. We sat ans waited maybe 15 before we were asked bout our drink choice. We ordered the trio appetizers and was charged for each individually. Cups were empty on 2 different occasions for longer than 10 minutes. Had to send back boneless wings cause they were cooked too hard. The waitress never really made eye contact to ensure that we were ok as she was servicing other customers. I hope this don't happen again.. Highly disappointed.

My girlfriend and I came in at about 6 50 PM. Wanting to have a quick dinner before she went to work at 9. We ordered at around 710. About an hour later our food was still not out and we had to get it to go. Not sure what the issue was but was not very satisfied at all with the service. Might try to go back one more time in the future but if it's the same I won't be going back to that applebees ever again.

There was a party of 15 for a birthday party service was extremely slow and poor all my guests were dissatisfied

We waited 20 minutes today (Sunday)when the restaurant was practically empty. We should have seen the signs when we watched 4 other parties leave before being seated or getting their drinks. We see our server walk out the back door with another server chasing him with a broom into the parking lot. The fight begins. After that someone proceeds to call the police. Once the police got their report everyone goes back to work like nothing happened. This whole fight happens while we are waiting for our food. After an hour from the time we ordered, our server returns and brings our food. On our way out, we see a man behind the bar, SERVING DRINKS without washing his hands, with no UNIFORM or NAMETAG! We requested to speak to a manager and we were told by the hostess there was no manager on duty at the time. That was obvious, but it will be a while until I eat there again.

Best Applebees experience I have ever had! The hostess, Peggy, was super friendly and chatted with us for a minute as we came in and thanked us for coming in and asked us to return as we left. Our server Macho was amazing, the BEST service! As a former restaurant manager, I would've loved to have him on my team. Friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and constantly on the move. I cannot brag on this experience enough...just great! Hope to see this fantastic duo again on my next visit! Ask for Macho!!

Chef makes steaks exactly as you ask. Bartender Mrs Dee is fantastic really a very nice young lady .and remembers most people's drink order. It's off skibo rd but is usually not so packed that service and quality lags. Local selection of beer.... foothills etc. Great place. One thing I enjoy honestly is the diverse staff. Hope you guys stop by.
