Overrated, but still okay. My lunch group and I visited this week and none of us were particularly impressed when considering some of the rave reviews to be found here or even on the restaurant walls. My eggplant parmesan entree arrived nearly at room temperature. The eggplant was overly thin, fortified with breading and crispy. The pasta was al dente with a nice amount of sauce. There were bright spots like the homemade blue cheese, the fresh cut fries and the atmosphere. The overall value of the lunch specials was fine and includes a salad.

Just ok, I haven't been here for several years so I took a friend for lunch. We both had the sampler plate for $14. The portions were very skimpy and the food wasn't as good as I remember. Probably won't be back. When you have a restaurant in a bad location you need to give people a reason to come there, value is one those reasons .

From the congenial owner, Matthew, to the first-rate waitress, Lyndsey, you couldn't ask for a friendlier, more comfortable atmosphere. Delicious food and plenty of it. My friend and I had a thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying experience here.

Good place to go have a drink and meet local people. Wednesday are great for guick draw lotto.

Simple, fast, oustanding Italian food. Best Greens and Beans in town. A Rochester institution and well worth the trip to the west side.
