Great handmade pasta. Can't wait to check out patio next summer / on a good fall day. Didn't do a great job with fish.

We enjoyed every dish we ordered. We came to Chicago for a visit, I don’t know where I learned this restaurant but it was marked on my google map. We glad we made the efforts to come here from our hotel in downtown.

Food was amazing only reason they lost a star was because we had to wait 35-45 min for our table we already had reserved, and the entrees did not come out at the same time. 1/2 the table was served, and the other half waited an extra 5-10 min. It was Andersonville restaurant week so I will totally give it a second chance, because I'm sure this was not the norm for this place

As always food is delicious. Great service and friendly people. We've tried the fusilli, pappardelle with sweet corn and tagliatelle all of them super delicious. Tried the bucatini carbonara the only thing that I was not crazy about was the heavy pancetta flavor although it's fair to say that I'm not a fan, too greasy for me so i guess that's a personal preference. Desserts were very good. I would recommend the lemon Panna cotta and the marsala poached peaches both very light and fresh. Keep in mind that they change some items on the menu seasonally so maybe next time the desserts will be different. Always have interesting specials.

Very, very good. The service was absolutely top-notch and the food was excellent. This is an "Italian-Italian" place as opposed to an "American-Italian" place, and it shows. You are pretty much expected to order three courses (not required, but that's how the menu is structured) and the food choices are not what you generally get for Italian. We had a party of six and mostly ordered different items, so I got to try a lot of dishes. They were all extremely good, although rich. I swear that the sauce for my ravioli must have had a stick of butter in it (but it was _so_ good). If there is a negative, it is that the space is small and noisy but not enough to cost them a star.

super great, love this place. I wish the servers were more interested in the fact that we were there but the food more than compensated for the craptastic attitude of our server.

Loved the assortment starter, my small homemade pasta first course was delicious and the pork belly entree was great. Will make a strong attempt to make this a regular dinner for homemade pasta

You cannot have a bad experience here...the staff is just so professional and seem to enjoy working here. This time we were served by Melissa, who was terrific. Dishes we enjoyed: grilled octopus, the grilled mushrooms (so savory and delicious), the Pici special with chicken liver ragu, and the pappardelle with mushrooms and tomatoes. The pasta tastes like it was just made! Only dish that was less than tops was the fregola with pesto - kind of meh. Enjoyed a chianti and a cabernet blend as well. Always a superb evening dining here!

Exceptional start to finish. By far, on if the best meals I've had in a while. Light, delicious, great service. Felt like I was back in Italy. Bravo.

Great upscale rustic Italian food.

Mamma Mia! This place made me wish I was half Italian so that I could credit my ancestors for creating such divine cuisine! From beginning to end, this place was magnifico!!

Met a friend for dinner and business. Promptly seated at reservation time. Attentive service, well-conceived menu. Ok ambience. There's a lot to see in Chicago, but I'll go again.
