Annas Taqueria

The service at the Cambridge location was fast and efficient when I was there last, but the Newton location service was not good the three times I have been there in the last 2 months. They were slow to acknowledge or greet the customers and slow to come to help you. I couldn't help getting the feeling that the staff didn't care much about the customer experience whether it was an in-person purchase or an online order pickup. I will not be going back to the Newton location. Maybe I will have a better experience at the Brookline location.

The steak was way over cooked and dry. Tried to call to give them some feedback directly but no one picks up.

I’ll spare you the details but I won’t be getting much sleep tonight due to this food. Horrible time- first time I’ve thrown up in over five years 🤢 bad food for sure. Other location much better to say the least- stay clear. - Update: was terribly sick for over a day, food poisoning for sure. Food bins looked like it was sitting out a long time and sloppily organized.

The place is so good but I m always went to buy my dinners there. And yesterday I was there and one of the employees her name is Aurelia I m not sure, she is tall and a big woman is new employee but she was really rude with me. I was really sad because I always went to buy my dinners. But after that. I don’t think I will be back again.

If you haven't been to one before, don't let the understated interiors fool you. This place has the best burritos in Boston hands down! I'm more familiar with the one close to MIT, but this one felt exactly the same, with the exception that this one is slightly bigger in size.

In this Anna's every time I ordered on line it was never ready so if you have alot of time go ahead and order here...not for me especially when there's so many around

Great burritos and tacos!! Try the fresh watermelon juice!! Order anything there you cant go wrong!

Service is poor. Food is bland. Too bad. I was a dedicated fan of the original Anna's (Brookline). I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but have been repeatedly disappointed. My teenage son won't even eat there! There are far better alternatives to spend your money and time.

How have I not reviewed this place? Far and away the worst run Anna's with the slowest service and lowest quality. But it's still great! Reasonable prices, kid friendly, decent Mission-style let burritos and plenty of seating. Makes Newton Highlands a much better place.

I've been there several times the food is always amazing. However employees don't speak enough English, their a bit rude and the cashier who also handles some food had her fingers in her mouth yuck!

Very popular restaurant so there was a bit of a wait. All the employees were extremely friendly. My veggie burrito was phenomenal.

Food was ok, less tasty than I remember on my previous visits to Anna’s. When I showed up to pick up, the employee standing next to my bag wasn't interested in eye contact neither answer my “Thank you”, rude. They missed my Chips & Guac. I ordered pickup directly to their POS system (Toast) to help them to avoid the high commission from the 3rd party apps (Uber, GH, etc) but when I notified the missing item I got completely fooled. The person over the phone told me the manager will do the credit on next day. I called during the following week once a day and all I received was a different excuse each time. It wasn’t about the amount of money, it’s about respect for the customer. Things are a little out of control over here. Not coming back to this location anymore.

The food was ok , not as good as other Anna's, price was very high for rice ,beans and a spoon of chix. There 4in. Tacos are also very pricey and it's not that great either. 2 burritos and 2 tacos $ 38.00

Great food. Love the meat, they put alot of it which is great and very authentic flavor. Everyone should try Anna's.
