Annapoorna Authentic Indian Cuisine

Such an amazing treat to have authentic Marathi food in the bay area. I have had food at Marathi households in India and in the US but didn't realize how much I did not know about the cuisine. While they didn't have the signature dish, everything we ordered tasted wonderful. The waiters are welcoming and expedient with smile.

Absolutely zero customer care. This is the 3rd time I am visiting here and always get disappointed with their hospitality and service. Rest up to you if you still want to visit

The food has this homey feeling. It is not too expensive also. But a caution though to South Indians looking at the reviews, this place is pure veg and the food is pure Marathi style. The flavors are much different to South Indian food. So, in my humble opinion, not everyone will appreciate the taste.

I definitely recommend. Just be aware of wait times(30-45mins). Its very small place but very popular as well. So, during lunch times and weekends its gets very crowded. They do not accept phone reservations. Their food is amazing.

Vada Pav to the point, slightly salty.Sabudana Vada was very good and peanut yogurt chutney was deliciousMasala Chai was disappointing

Too good!!Yes, they serve authentic Mumbai food.I have been here multiple times and every time they have severed delicious food.This time I tried Pav Bhaji, Dabeli, Missal pav.Pav Bhaji and Missal pav was great, the spices balance within them was perfect.Dabeli was great too, they should start serving extra peanuts on the side; that would make it perfect.Their Basundi and Shri Khand is also worth a try!The restuarant owner is always smiling and ready to help.One thing I would like to suggest is to decrease use to paper plates. They should start using reusable plates.

The best veg thaali ... i ever had in bay area. Till now.. other than that salty pakoras.. ghee rice .. dhal .. samosa .. desserts are a delicious.. all together i would rate 9 out of 10

Tasty maharastrian food

Food was very delicious, I had same experience 10years back in Nasik ,Maharashtra.Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I always come by grabbing some food in this spot. I enjoy the prompt service and well prepared dishes. Great work.

Excellent vegetarian food from Western part of India(Maharashtra). Vada pav, sabudana khichadi, thalipeeth are must try items. New location has ample parking and nice ambiance. It gets crowded and long wait can be expected, so arrive early.
