Okay breakfast, nothing special. My son loves cinnamon rolls but did not like the cream cheese base to it. What my husband and I got was okay but not great. Service was very slow.

After seeing this place on tv and learning about how great the cinnamon rolls were, I was really excited to stop here during our weekend in Chicago. We went on a sunday morning around 11 and it was busy but they were able to fit us in. We weren't starving but I had to try the cinnamon rolls, and my husband just ordered a side of bacon and some coffee. I was blown away by rolls and how delicious they were. They are definitely homemade and taste very fresh. The service was outstanding also. We have never been waited on so quickly and by so many people. Always refilling our water and coffee. Noel was our server and was excellent. Very attentive and all around a great waiter. Will definitely be back!

A little cramped, but completely worth it. Food is always good and the coffee is decent.If you're looking for something sweet, do yourself a favor and grab the cinnamon roll side- they are amazing. The service has always been good and I love the decor at this location. It's full of color and energy.

Cannot stop in for brunch given the current climate.Had to get some carryout. Love this place!Always great! Mike and the crew do a terrific job day in and day out. Two words to remember; Cinnamon Rolls!

Another great eatery in Chicago! We came for breakfast while on vacation and we are glad we did. We ordered cinnamon buns and biscuits with honey. The biscuits were flaky and on the bigger than normal side. The honey added a sweetness that was to die for! The cinnamon buns were big! And they were delicious: very bready and the icing was very sugary. I liked the buns better but that’s only because I’m more of a sweets person. We then ordered two eggs over easy and bacon and a three egg omelette with ham and no onions. When I asked for hash browns, the waitress told me that they came with onions however to my surprise, when she brought the food over, they had made the hash browns without the onions. Extra points!!Not sure if this is a chain or not but at least this particular location, service and food were good good good! Definitely a place one must go to have breakfast aT while in Chicago.

This is my favorite breakfast place in Lakeview. I usually go now during the week because weekends might get busy. Very quick and friendly service and food is delicious. My favorite is Inferno Omelette (watch out it is very spicy! I usually opt out from jalapeño) and Sunrise Wrap. The Salmon Dill Omelette is a great option too - comes with a lot of fish! And of course the Swedish Pancakes are out of this world! Sometimes I get them a little undercooked though, but they will always fix it in no time!

We visit Chicago several times a year and ALWAYS go to Ann Sather Restaurant. Great food and great service. Always remember their luscious cinnamon rolls.🍽👍

What can I say? The cinnamon buns will blow you away. Best I've ever had, probably. Overall great food with gargantuan portions and good price. Everything you want for a diner\breakfast experience.

Super friendly super and amazing food. Stumbled upon this place, LUCKY ME! The Chicken Basil Sausage was really good and the Cheddar Bacon Potato Pancakes we’re very filling, could only stomach half. My fiancé had the Bacon Egg and Cheese Wrap and could only each half because it was so large.

Best place for brunch. Affordable with large portions. HUGE cinnamon rolls!

I absolutely love this place in person- the sides are amazing and the food is decent. But NEVER ORDER THEM FOR DELIVERY because our food was cold and missing sides and packaged weird
