Simple but amazing menu. It was my first time at Angeline's, we were a party of 5 and got 5 different dishes, they were all prepared perfectly with great flavors. Will definitely be back.

Food was excellent, service was fantastic, and the vibe was great. As you can see from the pic posted, we didn't leave much food on the table at the end of the night. ðŸ˜

It is pretty good place to get a Cajun cuisine experience. It is not like the gumbo in New Orleans, but it fills the bill for California. I had the gumbo, which had a good flavor but tasted like the roux was a beef stock and it wasn't overflowing with seafood. I would suggest bigger shrimp and a bit more crab meat...to their defense they didn't say exactly what type of gumbo..lol. I will visit again and give their poboys a chance too.

Good food, not cheap. Friendly, but I expert service. This restaurant is better than average, but If you have had the real Cajun/Creole cuisine, you will not be wowed. The space is nice, a bit dark. Overall, a pleasant lunch. I used to manage a southern restaurant, so my standards might be higher than others.

We had my mom's, Diane, last bday dinner there. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We were in our own world. I would definitely recommend it. It felt inclusive.

Southern food with a lot of different choices. Very friendly service. Everything is very tasty and i love that you can order a small cup of gumbo just to taste. I recommend the shrimp as a starter. Delicious.

The location great. The people providing service were excellent. The food....left something to be desired. It wasn't horrible but after reading so many positive reviews a bit more was expected. Maybe just a bad day.

Being from New Orleans I was expecting a little bit more of an effort. if y'all ain't from around that way you probably wouldn't know the difference you'd probably think it's pretty fabulous. I hope you do anyway. Us La. transplants know there is a big gap. But a good try.

Food is too die for. My family loves the baked Mac and cheese. We always get extras to go. They will not seat you until your whole party is present. It tends to be crowded so come early.

Food was delicious and service was good. We had to wait 20-30 min on a Friday night. We ordered the fried chicken and Shrimp creole. The shrimp was plump and yummy. The only reason I took off a star was because the dish was pretty salty.

Chicken was scrawny. Didn't like the batter it was fried in. Expensive for what you get. Waiters were vdry good.
