I typically like to order from this restaurant as it's close to home and fast. Unfortunately, there have been a few orders that were completely wrong. Recently, I called to fix an order but the person on the phone didn't handle the situation well. Instead of offering to help, they kept insisting that I was wrong. I don't like to post negative comments like this as I love to support local businesses, but I need to air out this situation.

Not sure why there's as many negative reviews here I've been eating here for years and I am super picky with pizza and wings. I have never been disappointed in face I always am completely satisfied. Some of the best pizza in lowell
