Very disappointed. We have been here before and never had a problem. Today is my birthday, and I called asking if dinner reservations were necessary. I was told reservations were not necessary if we arrived when they open for dinner. We arrived at 4:30pm and was told they were not open until 5pm. My husband showed the hostess their website indicating the restaurant opens at 4:30pm. We were then told there was a special buffet and we could not order from the menu. None of this was told to me when I called. Luckily we were able to enjoy my birthday dinner at another restaurant.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. We sat outside with a great view and great service. Food was good too!

Price is $15 for the breakfast buffet.
I've shown up several times over the years without a reservation for breakfast buffet and no problem at all. With a group larger than four, I wouldn't.
A reservation is always the safest, but probably not necessary for group of four or fewer.

No real dress code. As long as you are "presentable", you're fine. I've seen Daisy Dukes shorts there, please don't do Daisy Dukes ... Although probably not what you have in mind anyway.
Yes, definitely open. Affordable? Ummm ... More difficult to answer. It is $42/person. I'm pretty sure cheaper for children, but not listed on website. It is a great and delicious buffet. We did it maybe 6 years ago when it was $30 or $35. It was a splurge, but worth it. Shrug.
