Very good service, decent food, price over the top even by Niseko standards. Used to be much better.

First off the staff were all very good at their job and friendly to boot. The menu has lots of choices and everything we chose was delicious and looked great. They had a very good wine and sake list.Had a great time chatting to the Master about his time at Wasabi in Noosa and his time in Melbourne.Probably should have dined there the next night in hindsight.

Great food and ambiance.

Modern Japanese restaurant at Hirafu ski area. Casual dining but yet high quality standard. Fairly good wine pairings being offered too. In general, seafood dishes better than their meat dishes.A year later, we came back & felt services & food quality not as impressive as last time. Hence lowered rating by one notch.

I had a breakfast at An Dining as a non-staying guest. It was¥2,500. Vegetables are all fresh and picked in local area. It was very delicious!

We had a great time at An Dining! The staff was very friendly and service was very quick. They also greeted us with chocolate covered strawberries since it was Valentine's day :)We opted for doing the build your own temaki set which was so much fun and easy to do! We also got the Udon noodles which were cooked very well, but a little on the bland side. My partner loved hers though. The ambiance is also very nice, the music is unobtrusive to conversation and the lighting is just right to enjoy a nice meal with friends / loved ones.Overall a great experience and I would come back for more of the temaki!

Delicious dishes using local food products (vegetables, beef, fish, milk...). Ginger ale with apple was also nice. Staffs are not professional, so minus one star (I had a discount coupon and asked one of the staff to apply it. The staff didn’t have much idea and told me I can’t use it. I insisted to check, then she later came back and said I can use it, without apology.)It is the same for the hotel staffs. The facility of hotel and the restaurant is excellent, but staffs are not mature. The hotel should train the staffs for them to learn what the “real hospitality†is, rather than thinking to earn more money!! It is already very expensive hotel.

Great dining experience, the set menus will not disappoint. They sound expensive and look expensive in the menu but you honestly get and enormous amount of food. Local sources for food make it exceptional and the staff will tell you a story if you care to listen. Some flavours were too subtle for me however everything tasted brilliant! À la carte or set menu depending on how you feel. The À la carte menu allows you to balance the meal to your stomach size, but leave room for desert 😉

Dishes are delicious and creative with super fresh seasonal ingredients used. One of my favourite places to dine in Niseko.

My favourites: Tofu salad is fresh and tasty. Tempura udon is delicious. Yotei dessert was beautiful and delicious. Only one negative: Wagyu meat pie wasn't tasty except the mashed potato on it was creamy. I wouldn't recommend it. I have been here many times for lunch and expect to return. quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

My favourite stop after a day of skiing, always recommend to my private clients and this time we had a great dinner of a new winter menu. Staff is very friendly and professional and chef Shin is great in the kitchen. Will come back.
