Ive never been so disappointed the lady is so disrespectful she hang up on me because according to her somebody order with my address and I explained her multiple times that this was my first time ordering somebody recommended the place but honestly i just dont know how they have people working in places like that because she hang up on me and that was not polite

Food was cold.

Call pick up tell me to wait I wait 4 minutes later no answer I call back no one is picking up the phone nice way to treat your costumers

Best Chinese food around this area! Best fried chicken wings too. Their food is more expensive and in smaller portions but is way better than other Chinese places around...that makes it worth it in my book!

Too much incense but clean and good service great curtains

Best Asian food in the neighborhood but a little pricier than your typical Chinese restaurant but kitchen is very clean and the food and service is great.

Overly priced cheap with the sauces order the same thing but prices go up every time.

Terrible delivery times. 90 minutes for food, non-apologetic about it. You can do better by your customers.

Best Chinese food in Inwood! Amy is always pleasant and my daughter loves the broccoli plus the lollipop Amy always gives her.

As far as cheap Chinese eateries go, it's pretty good! Malaysian dishes and lots of vegetarian "meats" in addition to the typical stuff. I also love that they have reusable plates and utensils.

I will probably never order from this place ever again. Their service was quick but it was delivered with such hostility. I have never in my life had someone come to the door with food and be frightened. The delivery man was so rude, literally yelling at us and then after demanded a cash tip? I was also disappointed in the food. It was insult added to injury. I used to work in the food industry and I have never seen anyone act like that. Overall if you want to be disappointed and annoyed order from Amy's.

I eat here a lot since I work in the area. I must say their service is always awesome and they keep the spot neat regularly. Pricing is convenient and they serve large portions.

Amy's has a large menu but the food was just okay. The chicken was chewy and a bit dry but it made for a decent lunch. The staff was quiet but friendly.
