Ampersand Asian Supper Club

Absolutely awesome place! We came in on a whim and were greeted by incredibly friendly staff. We went with the Tonkotsu ramen and the nori fries, and were so thrilled that we ended up going back up to the counter to order the Miso. Both were top notch, though we’d never had Miso ramen before, so nothing to compare it against. We also had sake for the first time and it absolutely blew us away. Very clean and modern interior with lots of art on the walls. Prices are very reasonable based on the quality of the food. I believe they listened to the community reaction at their initial price and adjusted accordingly - definitely appreciate a restaurant that takes feedback seriously. All in all, highly recommend this place.

Great place and their lunch deal is one of the best in town! I've never had a more flavorful vegan ramen. 11/10 would recommend

We went to ampersand for lunch. For $11 you get a starter and a main - lunch sized portions. The rice bowls and ramen are to die for. The environment is very enticing and relaxing. 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back

With kimchi more delicious than my mother-in-law's, I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. It's a gem in the Short North!

This place is amazing! We came for lunch and they have an appetizer/entree combo that’s only $11. The ramen was fantastic, but make sure to also try the Nori fries and the green tea!! Our waitress was super helpful and attentive. She even gave us suggestions for other cool stuff to do in the city. We’re from out of town but will definitely be back and I can’t wait!

Had dinner here two nights in a row while I was in town. Both were great, but the mushroom ramen was incredible (sauce on the vegan rice bowl a bit salty and smokey but still good). They also make a bloody good Japanese old fashioned! Overall a really good bet for a quality dinner that wont break the bank.

Sure, it's pricey for Ramen, but you're getting what you pay for here. Locally sourced, independently grown veggies, and a depth and complexity of flavor that you won't find at lower price points. It's a labor of love here and it shows.

The entire atmosphere was 'Short North meets Crazy Rich Asian coffeeshop at the Meatpacking district in NYC'. The portions were a good size, and the flavors robust. Definately get the fries, just make sure to ask for extra aoli.

Great service! The hostess was happy to help with reccomendations and clearing plates. Very flavorful ramen as well as noodle bowls. Seat your self and pay at the counter. Must try the dumplings! Different types of sake and canned wine available. Help yourself to free hot or iced tea and can add dried berries.

Great service, innovative but accessible for some incredibly well! Had the salmon rice bowl, flavors were fresh, great textures, amazing contrasts. Attention to detail with each ingredient! I'll be back!

The food was tasty although her meat seemed dry in the ramen. My dish was good spiced right and nice portions and I'm 6'0 220#. Will go back

We ate here for my fiances birthday and we frequent their sister location up in Westerville, this place does not disappoint!! Every cocktail we ordered and all of the food was amazing. The bartenders and staff we so nice and informative. You def need to try this spot

Wow, I've had ramen from many places and this probably is the top of my list. Delicious and Megan the owner is fantastic. If you are in Ohio and you are craving ramen and a delicious meal then this is the place to go. Thank you guys for such a fantastic experience and wonderful food!
