Good food and friendly staff

I expected more creativity from a place that offers "fresh, never frozen" menu items. They basically took someone else's ideas, jacked up the prices and claim it original. I had a beef and the fried jalapenos. The beef was lacking and the serving size was small for the price. I thought when they advertise "fresh, never frozen" and "prepared in house" that they meant they were preparing their own beef not just using Vienna beef and pretending it's something unique to them. The jalapenos were gross and soggy after only a few minutes drive from the store. I had a jalapeno stem in my order. The prices are ridiculous, the booth I sat in while waiting was full of crumbs and the table tent was greasy. You can go elsewhere in the neighborhood and get far better food for a lot less money. Support small businesses in the Evergreen Park area like Janson's who aren't just a money grab trying to sell franchises. The owner's pictures all over the restaurant are obnoxious and a turn off.

I had buyer's remorse after eating here. The turkey burger tasted like gyro meat, the fries were limp and greasy and the cheese sauce was runny. At least the service was friendly.

OK food

This is a newer location, but I have visited this place as well as the one in Navy Pier. Their burgers are pretty awesome, and the management is very friendly. I even got to meet the owner!

On Saturday I went there and the service was awesome and the food was awesome. Trell was very friendly asked me how the food was and I told him it was great then I found out he was the cook....I will come back.

I had the Ghost Burger. It was good! The fries were good too, even after a long drive home. The young lady that waited on me was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to help me when deciding. The Blood Orange Lemonade was delicious!

1st time here...Amazing customer service! And some of the best fries and bacon cheddar burger i have ever had! Jalapeno cheese sauce is bomb too! I'll be a returning customer!😋😋😋
