Amazing food and great service

so American Grill got on my radar due to the great things they've been doing feeding the staff at Lincoln Hospital and I decided to try them out one day while I was dying for a burger. maannn, that burger was a BEAST. needed two hands to grip it, the egg we perfectly runny, just delicious and huge, especially for the price. the only problem was the side. I guess I went too early and they rushed the fries out. minor gripe considering how damn good that burger was. check out American Grill next time you want a huge satisfying burger!!

Very friendly staff, however from a scale from 1 through 10, I give it 3. AG Burger was tasteless and the only reason why I give it a 3, because the bun was the best part.

There food is expensive, but its really good quality, very well seasoned, very nice and amazing food. It is. It is very good. The waiter even turned down virtual tips because I didn't have cash on me. She was super sweet and very kind. I definitely intend to come back ALOT this summer. If I can drag some of my friends as well.

I love the food. Each time i go i get something different. They are all good. It's sad that they are closed Sunday and Monday but hey that's business. I still continue to go after work for happy hour. Food and cocktail for $4!

The best burgers in the BX, and the staff is amazing

I will agree the staff is nice and I was excited to try their food, but I ordered the chicken tenders and the Metropolitan grilled chicken wrap and received both cold when I got home and I live 3 blocks away. Another thing is I was supposed to get BBQ sauce with the tenders and sour cream with the wrap and they didn’t give me both! I called to let them know and they didn’t even apologize. Probably never ordering from there again.

Good burger fresh..I try the philly chees steak very delicious also the fresh French fries are very delicious I highly recommend this place staff are very friendly
