Super delicious! Just don't get more than 8/10 on the spicy scale!

Enjoyed the food. The pesto naan was good and different. Rather slow service. Very mild food. Had to order rice separately??

Don't come late in the evening. Staff was not attentive after the food arrived. Too much shouting going on in the kitchen. Ordered the non vegetarian feast. Chicken and lamb were both dry, but there was plenty of food for me and my wife. Kheer was very liquidy. Papdam served when seated was fresh, but the one served with the meal was rubbery. Apricot Naan on the website menu wasn't on the menu at the restaurant, which was disappointing, as it was the reason we had decided to try Ambrosia in the first place.

This place is so yummy. Every dish is filled with so much flavor and overall one of my favorite places to eat out.

Best Indian food in the Santa Cruz area. My DH and I usually share the veggie sampler platter and add an order of chicken tikka masala. Yum!!We also love their lunch buffet. Served seven days a week!

I eat here regularly and love it so much. Very flavorful food, spicy options, lots of vegetarian and vegan options, great atmosphere and service. One of my favorite restaurants in Santa Cruz County!

We love Ambrosia! The food is very tasty - my wife is from Peru and she says that American food is pretty tasteless but she loves going to Ambrosia because everything is a taste sensation! Nice friendly staff, and they have a pretty decent lunch buffet too.

last night was the first time we went to this place. But It is surely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the efficient service, with the first-rate cooking and fine drinks and with the honest price. We will absolutely come back in a short time.

Always a place we stop to eat at while in Aptos. Consistently good dishes every time we come and order our favorites. Good portions.

They serve large portions and for reasonable rates. super nice staff. Never disappointing.

The quality of the food at the buffet was good, but there was not as much variety as I've found at other Indian buffets. There were no sauces and no spicy foods to be seen. I was especially disappointed by the dessert, or lack thereof. ☹️ I probably won't be back, even though there wasn't much to really complain about. It was a decent, but "meh" experience for me.

This place has reasonably good Indian food. Not great, not bad, but pretty good. I think the food is a bit too salty. The prices are reasonable. The ambiance of the place is pleasant.
