Always a good experience here at Amber—whether you are dining in or ordering on-line. Fast delivery, fresh, good variety of options... and most of all, the food is always consistent, you know? Definitely a neighborhood staple.

Decent sushi and great value for lunch

Excellence! Amazing ,tasty food and to die for drinks. Not pricey either. Very affordable. It is a bit smaller as far as seating but it also has bar space.

very fresh. and try the spicy Thai food was also was good choice if you like hot and spicy.

Nice small restaurant. Very good ambience. Excellent service. Food was good, ordered a miso soup, dumplings and a couple of rolls. Everything was very tasty and well presented. Server was very nice. I think, for the money, is perfect.

We discovered Amber West Village by chance when searching for shelter to escape the pouring rain. And it did not disappoint!The idea was only to have drinks so we first took the Frozen special cocktail 🍸, fruity and savory ← just take it if that's your thing, it's mine 🙂.However, seeing the numerous dishes passing by us and the place getting full convinced us to stay for dinner. So we continued with 3 Special Rolls 🍣:- Golden Dragon Special Roll (my favorite)- Chelsea Special Roll (my pick, exquisite)- Pink Lady Special Roll (traditional but really good nonetheless)The special rolls can seem pricey next to Classic Rolls but they actually are longer and much more elaborated. They are the best value IMO.We had such a great and unexpected time that I can only give 5 stars and definitely recommend the place. 👍🏾

Absolutely in love with this spot! Everything is great from the food, drinks, staff, atmosphere, etc. I can’t wait to visit New York again and enjoy the yummy food and cocktails here. The best things is to get small plates and share. That way you get to try everything. I definitely also had at least 3 different cocktails. There’s also bars nearby so the fun doesn’t have to end once you’re ready to leave. Recommended to everyone. - @tammyhpro

Good food, friendly staff.

Nice restaurant with a cozy vibe and a good selection of East and Southeast Asian dishes. The food was delightful and filling, particularly the pineapple fried rice. Wine selection was limited but good. Service was friendly but a bit slow. Prices are mid-range.

Low key atmosphere just right for meeting friends. Excellent food and drink served by attentive, personable wait-staff and bartender.

Booked last minute as craving for sushi. Great service with Sapporo beer on tap. Apparently they do great deliveries and lunch menus. Looking forward to coming back for Happy Hour.

Summer is coming so get ready for some great summertime grownup beverage creations from Zach, my favorite bartender here. Happy hour EVERYDAY... Yes, everyday, Saturday & Sunday! The food here is fantastic!The Lettuce Wrap is amazing and the Amber Chicken Wings are absolutely delicious! The spicy garlic edamame is a favorite each time I'm there. The sushi... OH MY!! The staff is incredible. A wonderful and enjoyable place. Friendly atmosphere. This is a MUST visit restaurant!
