A shop with a particularly nice appearanceThe shop is full of handmade feelings and is healedThis time we had lunchThere is little roux for riceThe taste is normal.But the inside and outside look great,To tea slowlyI highly recommend it.

Tired I was then I found the perfect resting place - a cafe named Salon de Amanto, started by a performance artiste Jun Amanto. This Cafe has a rich history and purpose- the promotion of cultural heritage, the arts, conservation and the building of community spirit. It indeed was no normal cafe. I understand that this Cafe is the supportive effort of some 30 local artists n is the veritable heart of artistic and community activity in Nakazakicho. The Cafe frontage was overgrown with vines n somewhat bohemian in its outlook. I sat patiently awaiting my beverage while pondering on all that I had learnt about this wonderful and truly unique Cafe in Nakazakicho.
