Amakusa is one such place that cultivates our own buckwheat. Here at Reishuya, our soba is prepared with homemade flour ground from this freshly harvested buckwheat and hand-rolled every morning. We invite you to try one of Japan's most traditional flavors. Although our staff are unable to communicate in languages besides Japanese, we aim to create a pleasant atmosphere for our foreign customers.

You can see that the sea urchin is expensive, but it is too expensive compared to the cooking content. It seems that those who order the banquet course will be more satisfied.

We had a year-end party. There was an insect in the duck pot. I've cooked it. I was sorry that I couldn't eat it because I knew it was delicious.
