Alina's Cakes and Cookies

Bad service, not friendly. Snotty attitude from younger girl behind the counter. The original order was messed up on thier part. The accommodation they made was picking out personal size items for the amount paid already. Younger girl gave attitude when selecting nee items and didn't say how many or a price range of items I could get. Just said "what do you want" with extreme tone. Like it was my fault they messed up originally. I will never use them in the future for any services. Completely turned off by the way I was treated. I DO NIT RECOMMEND

Ive gone here for the past 5 years and have gotten the same cake for my wife fir her birthday. This year i decided to suprise her with something different, the staff was friendly and paid attention to what i asked for the final product was excellent. Staff is very friendly.

Very rude customer service! Your going to eat more frosting than cake.

BEWAREI have celiac disease, which is basically a very severe gluten intolerance. Their product which was labelled gluten free, and the employee told me it was gluten free as well had these Pearls on top which contained gluten. I got very sick, and when my mother called the owner she initially took responsibility and said she'd pay for medical expenses, but then she called her back and said she wouldn't. She blatantly lies and is heartless. I will never support such a negligent business again.

Usually go in for a quick cupcake pick up . the cupcakes are sometimes dry..the flavors are always good.

Horrible service

Par Excellence!!! This is my favorite bakery in Fairfield County. Like Isabelle et Vincent, they are authentically European, as almost everyone working at this Patisserie was born there. As far as I know, they include folks who are Hungarian, Romanian, Polish, and Moldovan. Thus, their rare, unique, and exceptional desserts include Central and Eastern European delicacies (such as one sitting in liquer) in addition to some French and Italian desserts. The only thing that they do not make is the authentic almond macaroons which they import from Switzerland.

No one was rude to me and the cake was excellent
