It was pretty busy when we arrived and We only waited 30 seconds to be seated. The hostess was very nice. Our server was friendly. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. I will definitely return.

Great atmosphere! Delicious food. Steve was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Fast service. Love the place!

Overall, food was good. Went on line earlier in the day and saw they had a porterhouse steak listed on the menu. When we got to the restaurant, i was informed they no longer have it on the menu? Also, we wanted raspberry ice tea and they said they were all out? On a Monday!! The rating would of been 4 stars, but the misleading info of the porterhouse steak and no raspberry ice tea forced me to post a rating of 3 for this evening.

Oh gosh wonderful food and atmosphere! We were a party of 6 and our waitress Rose was fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

It was so busy, we had to eat at the bar. The bar staff takes great care of you. We had a great meal as always.

Was in Alex's with a party of 11. There's a nice area for waiting for your table (was kinda cramped for 11 but we're family). The staff is mostly very nice...the waitresses did NOT try to kill us for constantly being in their way (we were spilling out of the waiting area carousing at the end of the bar where the waitresses are loaded up with cocktails). One nice older waitress answered a lot of ?'s about other nice places in town. The food was very good. Atleast ½ our group had ribs and loved them. Our waitress was very conscientious, patient, and no mistakes. Some in my group were not thrilled with how the host handled our table requirement for such a big party but I didn't want to drop a star, he may have been new. Anyway I recommend :)

No a bad place for a small town restaurant friendly and prices right.

Very very fishy salmon, ruined my night, not even my parents likes it. Though, the appitisers are always great, and the ribs aren't half bad. Fine environment as well with the 60-70s style interior. The lighting is a tad too dark for me, but it is a bar, so I didn't really expect it to be bright.

I catered my Niece's baby shower, spoke to Katie at length about the meal and service needed for 50 people. I emailed her the menu items with the details of how many dishes of each type and how many total servings. Reviewed again with Katie a few days before the event.I flew in that morning for the shower at 1pm. my brother picked up the food and took it to the shower. When I finally arrived, I was informed there was not enough food. I ordered 2-3 of several dishes and was only given 1 of each. Tried to call the restaurant and person that answered was very short and rude!!

I had an interview here with Tammy and it was great. She was warm welcoming and inviting, the place is really neat. Alot of things to look at. The staff were all very kind & polite and all the customers looked satisfied as well. Fingers crossed that I get hired 😁🙌🙏

Excellent service! Everything served with a smile. If you appreciate good steaks and ribs, this is the place. Every item from drinks, appetizers, and entrees was well crafted and delicious. Within walking distance from Batavia Downs.

Great restaurant! Love the people staff and customers! This place is like having dinner in your own home. Cozy dining tables, super helpful and friendly wait staff. Food is always great from ribs to prime rib to BBQ chicken and and occasional salmon. Always on point with a great selection.

Apple Pork chops were great and lots of gluten free options (just not the ribs 😕) Bartender was so load I could hear her across the restaurant. Will most likely go again, if I'm in the area again. Waitress was awesome.

Very nice restaurant... food was great, service was fantastic... it is a little tight inside, because they try to accommodate our hungry mouths and stomachs, and because of that, I will come again..
