Call them directly don’t use the slice app they push. They don’t keep their info up to date. Made an order through the slice app that they promote heavily on their website. Only to be charged and receive a notification that the store won’t respond to slice reps calls. I call them myself only to find out their number isn’t active. Now I’m fighting a charge for food I never received.

Found this to be the best pizza within walking distance of my apartment. Then all of a sudden I noticed the store closed for a while so I googled for info. Listed as open so I called to find out if the number was disconnected. Girl who answered the phone said they are under new management and at a new location on Chew ave. Not too sure if I even want to bother trying them again at this new location just based on the reviews of the new ownership.

Food is good when you dont have to wait 2 hours for it to arrive cold and the staff could give less of a damn about retaining any of their customers. Made this mistake for the last time. TRASH
