Al Tabaq Al Hijazi

I am regular customer for this restaurant. It is too bad that the quality and taste varies from what I used to be before ... my favorite meal are madini and asaliq is so oily compare to the original taste. Karak tea way different not that good now. Hope it improve in the future.

Great Food and prices are very reasonable with plenty of food to choose from on the menu . I ordered the Hijazi Traditional Course Kaply with Chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly, very moist not dry at all and the rice was perfect, not overcooked and mushy.
