I've had rolled ice cream before and it was just okay, so I was a little skeptical going in. But I was impressed! I had the banana toffee, which was a special for March. The way they incorporated the banana into the base was pretty neat, and after they were finished, it was really creamy and tasty.

Ice cream was amazing the people weren't as friendly as I would expect. You serve ice cream, muster some cheer would you!!!!

clever unique spin on a historical form of Summer delights known as ice cream

Really great tasting and unique ice cream. Kind of a blend between a smash in (Cold Stone), but very creamy and rolled up.The place is owned by local Akronites. Which definitely gives a good feeling.Yes, the ice cream is expensive. But it was very good and was party of Akron North Side, which has allot of atmosphere.A bit out of the way. But worth stopping in if your are taking the Cuyahoga Valley Railroad.

Staff was super friendly and nice. No line when i walked in. Great experience for my first time. Enjoyed watching my ice cream being created. Slightly bummed there was no mint; wanted mint mocha chip. The mocha chip was great alone!

Excellent! Ice cream was so creamy & I love that I can watch them make it! Located in a great spot that is up and coming near downtown Akron. The menu is small but it's the perfect size and not overhwelming! The have a set menu and then a specialty everyday as well. 1 size which is perfect! We will be back!

Unique, light, and flavorful ice cream.

Tasty handmade ice creams beautifully presented. They gave featured flavors or make you own from their selection of toppings and mix-ins.

I would do things differently next time. I got the oreo, which had the Hersey's syrup on it which was about all I could taste. I wish they offered more portion sizes (something smaller and less expensive than $6) but I may have eaten the whole thing if the syrup wasn't so overpowering. I feel like they could use more diverse topping options but not sure if stronger flavors would be an issue-I'm a mint chocolate chip ice cream girl if they offered up Ande's mints would the flavor linger on the plate?? I don't know!I would definitely recommend building your own and maybe just having the syrup drizzled on top!

Very novel way of preparing ice cream, kind of like tightly rolled crepes!

Fresh approach I've cream made to order. They need fruit topping instead of fudge and caramel for their fresh fruit flavors IMHO. The chocolate syrup overpowered the fresh flavors
