Wonderful cuisine. chicken and beef tibs and vegetable sides are delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out. Food is a bit spicy for those who are sensitive.

Been coming here for years on lunch breaks from work. It is my go to spot for a healthy, nourishing, and filling meal. I eat here probably once a week. A great restaurant and owners are wonderful as well. I hope I can eat here again soon!

This is the place that got me in to Ethiopian food! It's mostly plant-based and everything I had was really, really tasty. It's a diamond in the rough and hidden from the regular Nashville scene, but if you come across this restaurant definitely order there. I recommend the 2-Veggie plate, which comes with rice. I also recommend the Sambusa, which I will seek out a match for in the future. Extremely vegetarian friendly (as I believe most Ethiopian food is) and tasty all the way. Can't wait to come back here next time I'm in Nashville.

I work downtown, and Ajora is one of my go-to lunch spots. I love it because it's both a healthy option and it fills you up. It's also a fast option because it's a meat and three, or meat or two, or whatever you prefer, so you can walk in and have your food within a minute or two, and the prices are reasonable. I have tried most of the different options and everything is delicious. I also really love the homemade hot sauce they have on the tables. I can't get enough of it. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed and comforting. I hope Ajora is here to stay.

It’s a hidden gem that deserves more attention. While there are a few Ethiopian eateries through the city, Ajora Kitchen is a readily accessible place located in the heart of the downtown Arcade. They offer a staple of vegetarian dishes and tibs, alongside with the signature enjira that Ethiopian cuisine is famous for. The food is flavorfully spiced, portions are generous, and the price is a bargain for less than $9 of some delightfully delicious food that most never have the opportunity to try.

The food was absolutely delicious and very inexpensive. My wife and I shared a plate and were both stuffed. Very flavorful and not too spicy.

Really good Ethiopian food for cheap. The chicken was solid and black beans good. My favorite part though were the red lentils which had a great flavor to them.
