One of my favorite place. Love the food...

Busy night at Taco Bell! Long line inside of the restaurant and even longer line through the drive through window! Despite all that we decided to dine in and waited patiently for our food. Everyone was ordering the Kalua pork nachos, nacho fries and other Kalua combo meals. Great new items and so delicioso! Come to Taco Bell Kapolei, helpful employees, great service and food.

Only fast food establishment where have yet to mess up my order,my family is picky so our order can be unique. They are also very friendly and even the crew making the food has even apologized when taking awhile. Only reason not a 5 is the wait at times(25min in drive thru and up to 15 min inside)

Had to try the new naked chicken chalupa. I order the mild one. Thank goodness it was very spicy. Great deal. Love the taste, a little to spicy.

Food was good and the workers were nice.

I love Taco Bell one of my favorite fast food places. But this place almost always messes up my order. Today my wife and I ordered those new Grande Nacho boxes but instead when we got home we opened them and we’re very disappointed to find out that we got nacho taco boxes instead. Which aren’t nachos but a combination of a taco, nacho taco and a 5 layer burrito. It’s a shame.

Been eating at taco bell my whole life and I have to say kapolei taco bell does it right. I've never seen or tasted a better Mexican pizza soft taco combo. Wasn't all smashed and gross like other taco bell places. Kapolei taco bell wins. Go here now

I love everything on their desert menu! The "Special drinks" wasn't that great the didn't apply my T-Mobile Tuesday app coupon. & The service was kind slow but they were busy so I'll give them a pass on that cashier was pretty unprofessional she keep having personal conversations with her co-workers while assisting me and other guests after me. It was pretty weird and uncomfortable, though the prices and food quality is Very good!

My family and I always enjoy Taco Bell, tonight we tried the new Toasted cheese Chalupa and it was great.

Bring back the grilled stuffed burrito that was my favorite item. Until it comes back it gets 3 stars

Beef Burritos are so soft and not packed enough in it that I had to use both hands to hold it up to get a bite. I will never go there anymore very dissatisfied with the portion of the Burritos. 👎
