Went there to try out their vegetarian Ramen. Was a bit bland and disappointing. I commend them on having this option on the menu but they need to work on this a bit more. Maybe their regular Ramen is better.

I'm a huge fan of ramen, and this Yuzu ratanmen was a treat. It's sour with a taste like citrus but not quite like a lemon or lime, or so intensely sour. The broth is flavourful and not heavy, and the pork is outstanding. Definitely worth navigating the maze of Shinjuku Station to find. Go down two floors from the south east entrance (opposite the KFC) and hunt around until you find it.

A different kind of ramen experience. The dipping sauce was great, and meat was delishish. I had problems being taller than average, and difficult to find. Also a bit more expensive than places on the street!

I love how they have a healthier ramen line. They offer vegan ramen, less oil/chicken option. I had the yuzu-tsuyu Tsukemen with less oil and totally lived up the expectation. I also bought their instant noodles back home. Will definitely come again. Helpful staff speak English and they also have English menu.

Delicious! There’s usually a line but it moves pretty quickly since you order via the machine and wait for a seat. The staff was incredibly nice as well.

Tastes good but the portion size could be bigger. Overpriced. You may have to wait in line for a long time.

Delicious fresh and vegetable oriented vegan ramen with interesting Konjac noodles. It’s a bit hard to find as a tourist but definitely worth the try for its price.

Great light tasting ramen with yuzu broth. Fills you up without the guilt. Fast and polite service.

Having been to their Portland location many times, I must confess this experience is considerably different...in the best way possible. The Afuri locations in the USA are upscale, expensive, and classy, so it was nice to experience the original, Japanese version of the restaurant. This is very much an in-and-out kind of place, but the food is excellent and the staff are serious about making it so.

Ok ramen place if you're in a rush. People who aren't very particular about ramen tend to rate this highly because the broth is fairly good - albeit a bit salty - and the ingredients are fresh. The veggie ramen is popular because of the quality of the ingredients. However, if you want good ramen, this wouldn't be a destination. It's OK if you're in a pinch and just want decent ramen, though.

Great choice for healthy/fruity/light ramen. Yuzu (grapefruit) options are awesome. Cash only vending machine to order from was odd at first, but worked great. The constant long line is a good indicator of how good it is. Directions: somewhat easy to get confused, it is the second basement floor (B2), but away from the train station and instead through a side door to the food court.

The taste of this ramen is lighter than you think. It was a special flavor base of soup. Try it! :D

Delicious, the pamelo-flavored soup is unique and unforgettable. Customized adjustment of ramen is allowed, and also an alternative between pork and chicken is available.The space was kinda small and only a few seats, but the serving was fast and waiters were friendly. Female customers were overwhelming than male while I was there, interesting.

BEST YUZU RAMEN!!! So refreshing and tasty and definitely unique and I want more every single day!

This is how ramen should be done. This was in Canada. Super flavorful but not super fatty broth. Dont go to the ramen shop that starts with Itch. Go here.
