Hi Brent! From what I saw, the front was not. There was an entrance at the back, but that said emergency and adoption only. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Heather, you can visit the cafe side anytime to buy drinks, snacks, and merchandise without a reservation. However, if you want to visit with the cats, we highly recommend that guests make a reservation, because we have a limit of 15 people allowed in the cat lounge per hour to keep the cats stress-free. Reservations get priority over walk-ins, so if there are already 15 reservations, you won't be able to do a walk-in at that time. So by making reservations, you guarantee your spot to have fun with the cats!
