I can't say enough about this place. Working next door was a treat and it feels a little nice to say I used to go to this place all the time. I really started to fall in love with Korean food here when they first opened and have since been delving into cooking Korean cuisine at home which is new to me. Na-re is a place where the owner and chef comes out and says hello to the guests. That sentiment truly reflects best in the food that comes out and I can't wait to see where this place goes. If you're like me and you can eat anything, the spicy octopus bowl is terrific. Can't go wrong with the bulgolgi. Try everything! Gochujang, if you don't know what this is and you love hot sauce, you will go crazy over this. Just ask the servers for a side dish of this sweet and spicy hot sauce to go along with your appetizers which are also outstanding.

The new Korean joint in the neighborhood is always good news. This place is tiny and was full when we arrived on Sunday night, usually a good sign as well. The menu is not too overwhelming with most of Korean classics and few rather unique twists. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, and food arrived in a timely manner, drinks and banchan were topped up continuously. From what we tried, everything was spot on — simply great and vibrant flavors. Cheese Tteokboki really stood out for me, and I think next time I'll try one with beef and mushrooms. Overall, I think it is a fantastic addition to the local dining scene.
