Very interesting place with a popular hotel for tourists, lots of eateries around, and a movie theater for the locals. This place is the central landmark of the popular Kabukicho located in the heart of Shinjuku. Just a couple minutes away from the main Shinjuku Train station, Kabukicho is a crowded and iconic to what foreigners view Japan as. Toho building is so famous, they even named the street leading up to it "Godzilla Street", since a life-size Godzilla is perched over the whole avenue from the Toho building and makes it's presence known every hour by putting on a roaring and light show. A tip for visitors, don't go into those "adult" shops because you are their prime target to overcharge.

Don`t miss it if you already in the neighborhood. Toho building is combine restaurants, hotel and movie theater. On the rooftop there is the famous Godzilla head. If you use the hotel or cafe in the building you will be able get closed to it.

Nice mix use building in the middle of the Kabukiko district in Shinjuku. Houses the Gracery Hotel, restaurants, 7-11 and a cinema. Not much else.

Good place to watch some movies. IMax, 4D, 3D and other features are available.

Best theater - cinema in Japan. You can have access to Imax and 4d screens.

Very nice building

Visited this building with the sole purpose of checking out the life-size Godzilla perched at the top of the building. In order to get a better look you'll need to go inside the cafe/bar and order a drink and then you will be granted access to the balcony to view this landmark. The views from the top of the building are great as well. The overall area is a bit sketchy as it's near a red light district.

Good place, towered by Godzilla. Ideal for good pictures.
