Excellent service. Everyone on this place salutes you with a smile. I only wait like 20 minutes for the meal. The food is awesome. Super tasty. Price for entrees range between $15 - $20. Little pricey? Yes. BUT if the food is good I have no problem to pay.

As always the food was excellent. The service was a little slow but dont think it was the servers fault. Food took a long time to reach the table. Not typical. Our server was very good, knowledgable of the menu and personable. For whatever reason food took a long time. But it was stiil great.

Food was great, service "Jorge" was awesome, ambient perfecto, very clean, pretty affordable, and family asthmospher. Definitely I will be back and I highly recommend it.

Definitely authentic Puerto Rican food. The appetizers of mini bacalaitos and alcapurias are to die for. This is my second time back and food was just as amazing like I remembered from the 1st time. So far everything I have tasted is to die for and my son the steak man loves the churasco.It is a nice classy restaurant and not a cheap go-to. However, it is on my #1 list for Puerto Rican authentic food with a wide variety menu. If you are looking for Authentic Puerto Rican food then I would recommend Achiote Restaurant without hesitation.

The food is terrible. It's overpriced. The staff was very rude. They took a long time. The decor is lame. This place sucks. I don't see how they're even open as a business.

Food and staff were great, mofongo can be made with green or sweet plantains. My only tip to management would be to improve decor; replace some tables with booths and try to make it feel a bit more cozy for date nights etc.

It took over an hour and a half for us to get our food. The manager took an hour to even tell us what was wrong. Our meal should have been free we were only offered dessert. Not a good experience. I'll waitress did not regularly service our table while we were waiting.

The owner need to learn how to treat customers on the phone.Employees are the best she can learn from them.

This restaurant has become my personal puertorican restaurant because of their authentic ways of cooking and their tasty stuffed mofongos! I try to visit at least every week. I highly recommend trying this place! I have ordered mofongo stuffed with churrasco, chicken stew with mofongo, shrimp stew with mofongo, and have tried their passion fruit drink which is super rich and tasty like the whole fruit. 😋

Food was delicious! Server was great. Barely any waiting time and it was very busy.

I love this place. Servers really try to accommodate customers and the food tastes so good.
