Very quick and efficient in what they do. I got to the airport rather late and they were very understanding when I explained that I’m going to need everything as soon as possible. One employee named Ivan was particularly helpful and gave me a truly five-star experience.

I loved my experience at Plaza premium lounge at Terminal 3 Domestic departures. It was a pleasant atmosphere and the staffs were very attentive. It was our first time at this lounge and we were greeted by Assistant manager, Manpreet Daid who was super friendly & welcoming, explained in detail regarding the service they offer and regularly checked up throughout our stay to make sure we are comfortable. Prices were good and well worth the money for the variety of food/beverages they offer. Overall great experience at this lounge and definitely recommend this place.

I loved my recent experience at Plaza Premium Lounge when I was flying to US from Toronto airport Terminal 1. The ambience was really nice and the staff were really amicable. Even the manager checked on all the guests and ensured everyone was having a comfortable rest. The buffet had a nice spread and food was tasty. Overall the experience was really pleasant and would like to go back again to the same lounge. Highly recommended!!

This has to be the most depressing space that calls itself a lounge. I don’t know where some of the photos shown here were taken, but this place is just an awkward space with no real view, no decor, old chairs and boring office furniture. Beige didn’t even begin to describe it. There is simply no atmosphere. The food, when available, is like high school cafeteria food: wet breaded pork, oily pasta and tired fruit salad. There is a small bar, but selection is very limited and would it be such trouble to offer lemon or lime wedges? The restrooms should be at least a notch better than the ones available all over the airport, but they are worse. Nothing seems clean, but enough. The staff, I have to say, is very nice, but that alone does not make this experience worth the money or the time.

I like this lounge, not crowded the time we visited. Seats are very comfortable. Some seats have USB charger. There's a room for taking shower too. Many choice selection and they do not taste bad at all. I was eating while enjoy the view. And the staffs were amazing and friendly, special IVAN and DEANNA who always taking care about us. Highly recommend lounge.

Overall my experience was fantastic. Ivan was really great at helping me out with my luggage and helping me with my needs. This place is really great. I would totally come back here and recommend to others!

This is the first time I visited the place and I really love it. The ambiance is so nice we feel very special. The employees was friendly especially Ivan. We enjoyed our stay. It was a spectacular experience!!!

Decent lounge. Quiet and relaxed vibe. I personally enjoyed the food and found it tasty and simple. Decent selection of local booze. The staff was working hard to bus plates and cups and to keep the everything neat and orderly. Furniture could be much better as could wifi. But on the whole, a decent domestic lounge

I had a great experience at plaza premium lounge toronto. The food is good. The place is nice. Also, the staffs are nice and friendly specially Deanna and Ivan. Highly recommended!

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! I was flying from Canada to the US, and stopped by the lounge for some lunch. The staff here is very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of, but most importantly they were friendly, and quick. One gentlemen in particular - Ivan, was very easy going and his work was phenomenal! Not to mention the food that was served was on point, and delicious. I would DEFINITELY recommend stopping by the lounge next time you have a flight and personally would come back just for the service!

A busy place! Not the cleanest lounge and a lot of people coming in and out, but checkout was efficient. Small plates for breakfast are good...quinoa salad and beet salad options were a refreshing change. The food area is small and the stations are close together so even two or three people trying to get food or coffee can become quite hectic. Restrooms were decent. Good view of my gate so I could see when boarding started.

Highly recommend! Staff were indescribably amazing! Especially Ivan, helped out with everything once I landed on Terminal 1. Very helpful and very generous. Manager helped out to give me the best! I would love to be in Terminal 1 again!

I had a thoroughly comfortable experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge. The food was amazing and the prices were reasonable! The service was phenomenal thanks to Rosy who was very attentive and friendly during my stay. She was extremely helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back to this lounge!
