Food always prepared to order. Well seasoned. Very diverse menu. Downside is that service is slow Upside is that it’s worth the wait If you’re new to African foods, this is a very good place to start. Try the snapper. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice place. Horrible service waitress/bartender was rude. Brought a drink from the bar waited 45mins for my change. So basically I could not leave the bar because I was waiting for my money. I felt that she was trying to keep my $40. She said the owner did not have cash. Really Friday nite at 1130pm. The place was packed. I will never go back.

Drinks are nice. Food is great too! Faster customer service would be great

Dr iui nks was great of you a drinker. 15 for a margarita served iui n a small mug, but the drink was great. Chicken jollof rice was good.

The salmon is 1 of the best I ever had! Nice laid back atmosphere, the drinks are strong, servers are nice n friendly, bartenders are ok (1 in particular was very nice), Music is a mixture between African and hip hop music. I think you should dress up or wear sexy casual clothing when visiting this establishment. I most definitely will return and I have! Lol

Hey! Yesterday I visited Abuja restaurant I had couple of bees and food. Service was excellent waitress explain me in details about food. I met few west African friends and share thoughts. It’s pretty much decent people as well crowd also descent. I honestly enjoyed will visit soon.

I have hand some great African cuisine before BUT, the cuisine from Abuja is simply AMAZING! I had the fried rice douala and it was so tasty! The cocktails are really well done and balanced!Sam is a fantastic person.

Verrrryyy slow service, but if you're there with friends for some drinks and dont mind the 40-50 min wait for the food, the food is pretty good

Been there a few times, food drinks and atmosphere was real cool until....... the last two times saw roaches, first time I didn't say anything because I really liked the place and wanted to give them another chance but to see them again....definitely not cool!!!

I go to Abuja all the time and it’s bearable because the DJ knows how to keep the crowd going and the food is good but this time was the worst! The bartenders have horrible service and honestly have no concept of customer service. Coming from someone with past service experience it’s an understatement that common sense is lacking. Next time I’ll make sure to ask a guy to buy my drink then maybe I’ll get attention when I order a drink.

I came from NY to support a Nigerian restaurant. The waitress was the bartender and she was so sweet. We ordered Okra soup, ogbono soup and Edikakong soup with pounded yam. The presentation was good but the flavor was missing! Not even a drop of seasoning to be found. I took home and added some spinach a few Maggie cubes and a scotch bonnet and brought the soup to life.
