I loved the pho! We went around 9:30pm, thankfully they have late hours. I've never been able to eat a lot of pho by myself so I normally share with my husband, but the bowl I got from them I almost completely ate by myself. I would definitely come back. The staff was friendly too.

My favorite Chinese place in Downtown nyc even though they are a Vietnamese place. There is better vietnamese in Chinatown but if you're looking for a quick and casual lunhl this place will do.

Its all Chinese food. Should not name “Sai Gon†to confuse. Never recommend

If you dine in, expect things to be served in take out but who cares. Pho was really good and the crispy spring rolls were awesome!

Pho ok, not quite as well-seasoned as I expect. The beef was meh, no raw beef, no tendon, no tripe. Ginger iced tea too spicy for me.

Confirmed the delivery order for a 40 minute window from time of order. Called to inquire after 1 hour and was offered the explanation "we are busy, you will have to wait because your food has already left." It's approaching, 2 hours and 15 minutes and still no delivery. Needless to say, I'll never order from here again.

The food and service is usually good. But today... I waited a whole hour(my entire lunch break) for a lunch order of curry mixed vegetables which usually takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. The other thing I don't like is they always put your credit card or change down on the counter instead of handing it to you.. Grinds my gears...!
