Best place in uptown

Ordered 20 wings to be delivered. When I got them there was only 11. Called to speak to the manager and the young lady taking orders said, the manager ain't here just me and the cook. I left my number for him whenever he does show up. No surprise that I got no call back. Be warned!!!

Waited over an hr for dinner and.luch for 2. Fish had a raw flavor, some of my food was burnt. Quality was sacrificed for $60. Customs

It was our first time dining there and wondered why you had to pay first. Usually, you eat then pay. I prefer to pay at the end of the meal, so you can tip the server with a card. I do not tip first, because I like to observe the service first. However, if the food was good and the service was good and I want to add a tip, it becomes troublesome as we do not carry cash. Anyway, the food was excellent, fresh, but timely, yet worth the wait. We will eat there again.

This is an amazing gem! A small cafe with wonderful food. The salmon cheese steak is to die for. The bread was fresh and soft. The spicy mayo and the perfect touch. I didn't have to add any condiments to this master piece.My daughter had a turkey burger with turkey bacon. Her bun was fresh and it looked delish. It almost made me want to eat meat again lol. The staff members are friendly and welcoming.

My salmon steak was so good and so much in it that I needed a fork.

Good food but need ac unit

This place is horrible. They couldn't care less about a customer waiting. I placed an order for 1 item that was supposed to be for 4:05-4:15, and got there at 4:05, but ended up waiting there until 4:30 and still didn't get my food. The chef is disgusting and keeps tugging at his pants - which hang below his waste. He doesn't wear gloves, so I wouldn't be surprised if people are getting ball sweat in their food. He seemed to have an attitude too and kept telling me to wait. The place was empty at that point, so I don't know what they're doing. These reviews have to be friends and people they hook up with free food. I would avoid going here altogether, but if you want to risk it - keep an eye on the so-called chef.

The food is good. They did accommodate me and made a salmon wrap, which is not on the menu. However, the wait was long and they gave me sweet potatoe fries because they were out of regular fries. I was informed after waiting 30 minutes. If it wasn't for the ridiculous wait time, my fries, oh and my wrap was wheat instead of white (not what I asked for) it would have been 5 stars.

There is always a problem when my wife and I eat here. Today was the last straw and I refuse to support a business like this again. Today my wife ordered the food 30 mins before we even went to pick it up. We know from past experiences with this place they are slow when it comes to preparing food. My wife went in only to find that the cook never made the food and the girl in the front was clueless to the kitchens actions. I mean if you are backed up the person at the front should at least know so she can lie, but because this is a open kitchen the guest hear it all. She than had to wait an additional 20 mins for the food to be ready. There was no apology or care from the staff. We try to support black businesses As much as possible but y’all need to do better.

Was on Uber Eats and this place snuck up on me...food looked good, had good reviews and it was close by... soooooooooooooo glad I gave them a try...food was excellent! Nice portion for $9.99 ...I can't believe I'm just finding this gem! Thanks Uber Eats and Kings ...I'll definitely be ordering again! Great luck!
