Craig and his talented side kick Terrence just conducted a delectable-deliciousl cook-a-thon to 16 wannabe cooks. The 6 hours flew by. We were all so lucky to take home shopping bags of yummy pasta carbanaro, crab cakes, tilapia pappilllote, baked salmon with herbs, one bowl choclaty chocolate layer cake and so much more! The extra bonus, of course, is Craig's demonstrations which pushed us to try cooking techniques we would never do on our own. A day of good food stories, enticing aromas, cooperative cooking, and hard work. I am ecstatically beat but I do have delectable entrees in my refrigerator. Looking ahead, I plan on making stocks, not broths and butternut squash risotto. Thank you for sharing your tips. I am making everything on our hand out.

Last night I had the special Father's day dinner....Crab cake was the best I have ever had. Their food is fresh & fabulous. Love "take-out Thursdays"

A Cook's cafe is a favorite for businesses lunches with a down to earth atmosphere. Deli style order at the register, they are usually quick to bring farm to table sandwiches and salads to your table.
