The staff are excellent and as one reviewer said they nearly always stay past the advertised opening hours. I have had to rent from this guys for two consecutive weekend due to problems with my car. From the moment I called to confirm to the moment I returned with the car the staff were excellent, friendly and eager to help in any way they could. The choice of car is always second to none and on both occasions I've paid for a 2 door but actually got a 5 door, saving myself a lot of money. Will always go back if I needed to rent a car
