Great employees and fast service good job managers and employees

This is my local Wendy's. It's the usual Wendy's food. The staff is really hit or miss. There are a few workers who are nice and won't give you sass if you ask for extra sauce. Also, it's a little rough. I've gone in a few times and there were homeless people just hanging out or sleeping.

Typical. Hit or miss lately whether or not the food will be fresh or not. The last time I went through the drive thru they seemed understaffed with how long it took to clear the drive thru lane or even take an order. But the staff is friendly.

They forgot my six piece chicken nuggets but they were friendly

The fellow who took my drive thru order was friendly and made sure he got my order right. Food was fresh and hot. The late night shift here is always reliable.

I would like to give a good shout out about Wendy's and this location. Thank you for offering additional items on you menu that taste like quality food not just fast food. One of my staples here is small chili with baked potato followed up with a chocolate frosty. The salads are good too, especially with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing. This particular location can put the product out in an acceptable time frame.

We are lunch at the location about 1 block west of Menaul and San Mateo. The food was delicious. The soda machine and tea dispenser were well-stocked drinks. However, the ice machine was out and nobody refilled it while we dined. Also, the women's restroom was out of order, leaving only the men's restroom available, and it's only for 1 person. This is the first time we've encountered these problems at this location. Otherwise, our experience is perfect.
