Customer service throughout the years has always been helpful, friendly, respective, and courteous. Recently dove into archery head first, and with a fair amount of experience in firearms, hunting, and camping.. I have obtained so much useful information on the art of archery from the Council bluffs location. From form, to equipment specs., After 30 minutes of practicing at the locations range, the next hour was posture and tuning my groups into the target. I feel very confident in the purchase, knowledge shared, and the experience as a whole! Thank you!

Steve in the archery department is extremely knowledgeable! He fixed the issues I was having with my bow and took the time to improve my technique. Hands down the person to talk to anything archery related!

It's Bass pro shop. There's really not much to say about it that's gonna make it spectacular. Just like anywhere else you get what you pay for and sometimes you pay more or less than somewhere else. None of these conglomerates believe in quality overturn, just how much they can gouge you on the items they have in their store until the new models come out. Sure they have sale items but just like somewhere else 80% of them are made in China and aren't really worth what they're charging. Shop before you drop your money and investigate if the items you're after are really worth your hard earned money. If you don't care bout that then by all means do your thing.

Bass Pro Shops was such a good time with very friendly staff! They have an amazing selection of items, and are pet friendly to leashed fur babies - so it's fun for them as well!

Nice store and the staff there was very helpful when we took my grandson's there for Halloween pictures and crafts. They also love to get the free fudge samples
