The Pasta Factory

First off, this place serves mostly Italian food, specifically pasta. In my opinion, pasta should not cost as much as this place charges for their pasta. The image here, below posted almost $18, the cheapest one on their menu, however I'm unsure of the price for the create your pasta costs. Does not come with any sides, and the bread on the side costs extra. Services were ok. This has to be by far the most mediocre pasta restaurants I've ever been to.

What a nice reservation taken today on the phone and based on other experiences too, this is a very good choice to go to in Penticton with nice happy hr specials. Look forward to being there this V day, thanks!

Pleasant dining experience, homey feel. Good variety of pasta dish combinations. Gluten and dairy free options. Good value.

Their menu has a good selection of Italian dishes. Had the lasagna, delicious. Nice wine list as well.

Best pasta stop in town.. Wonderful service great ambiance and prices were reasonable. We go back again and again!

Went to dinner tonight with a friend. Had Texas Flat Bread my friend had a pasta dish with lobster. My meal was under $20. Excellent flavor very fresh. Had a great time no reservation, no waiting for table or for food service. However went early 5pm left about 6:30. Jaz our server is Excellent, great personality, happy we had some laughs, her time management between tables and service to us and others was good to see. she made our evening. genuine when speaking about the food quality, quantity, she seemed to know her menu, made no mistakes..she definitely showed her loyalty toward pasta Factory. I'll come back and ask for her to be my server. I highly recommend the pasta factory.

We went for a friend's birthday to the Pasta Factory and really enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent! We had ribs & several types of pasta in the group. The server was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely go back!
